5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings earned from bonuses may be capped at a specific maximum limit.
• Multiple members on the same device, IP address or household may not take advantage of a single bonus offer.
• 5777bt reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot generally be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not displayed or remains incomplete due to a technical error, 5777bt may cancel that bet.

• If evidence of fraud, match fixing or unfair advantage in betting is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by a software or server error, 5777bt reserves the right to cancel that round. Payment for any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error may be withheld and a final decision will be made after the error has been investigated.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5777bt platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Betting or gaming using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In such cases, all outstanding valid balances (excluding active bonuses) may be withdrawn, provided that verification has been completed and no betting or activity-related investigation is ongoing.
